That’s a very fair question and one I’m often asked as a teacher of the Alexander Technique.
In short: the Alexander Technique improves the way we use our very cleverly crafted bodies, which, over the years we have twisted out of shape due to lifestyle choices, such as sitting at computers. It helps us relearn movements we executed perfectly and naturally as a young child.
