Alexander Technique - Making Life Easier

There's more to the Alexander Technique than meets the eye. It:

  • improves posture;
  • reduces tension and pain - especially in the back, neck and shoulders;
  • improves breathing and use of the voice;
  • aids anxiety and stress giving more peace and confidence;
  • improves performance - actors & musicians have used it for decades;
  • enables a more comfortable pregnancy;
  • helps with presentation and interview skills.

You don't need to be in pain or have poor posture to start as it's good to be preventative and come before problems set in. Find out more about lessons and have a look at some thoughts on my blog. I'm also a DSE ergonomics assessor, using the Alexander Technique to see how to best set up one's desk and oneself for good comfortable posture.
