Alexander LessonOne-to-one lessons last 40 minutes and each lesson is individually tailored. Through discussion and a guiding touch, you will learn to rediscover natural balance and poise and how to prevent harmful habits. We start by working with simple movements, such as sitting and standing, which are basic to everyday activity. We also spend time looking at a way of lying down that eases tension in the mind and body and can be done every day at home for 5-10 minutes. Over time we will explore things like walking and bending and you will learn how your body works as a co-ordinated system and how you can prevent and release tension in daily life. during the
