Introductory Workshops

There is an introductory workshop coming up:

  • Friday 16 May (1 space left)

    • This is from 6.30pm to 8.00pm and cost £25 per person.

    An introductory workshop gives an insight into what the Alexander Technique is. There will be discussions, hands on work and activities to help you decide whether or not to have Alexander lessons. Spaces need to be booked in advance.

    I am also happy to tailor workshops or talks to particular interest groups or workplaces. I have given talks to groups including a cardiac support group, a physiotherapy practice and the Expert Patients Programme in Lambeth. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss this further.

    Anatomy or Voice Weekend Workshops with Ted Dimon for Alexander Teachers/Teacher Trainees
